Q. Why does the client crash when I try to use one of the generated files?

A. Check your sclientinfo, Make sure you do the following;
-> If your sclientinfo contains <hideaccountlist /> : Change this to <hideaccountlist></hideaccountlist> .
-> If your sclientinfo contains <passwordencrypt /> : Change this to <passwordencrypt></passwordencrypt> .
-> If your sclientinfo contains <passwordencrypt2 /> : Change this to <passwordencrypt2></passwordencrypt2> .
-> If your sclientinfo contains <readfolder /> : Change this to <readfolder></readfolder> .
-> If your sclientinfo contains <extendedslot /> : Change this to <extendedslot></extendedslot> .
-> If your sclientinfo contains <desc /> : You should change this to <desc></desc> Or delete it.
-> If your sclientinfo contains any XML Comments then delete them.
To stop the comments from appearing again edit the nwrocig.ini file,
Edit this setting; Change the value from false to true.
DisableXMLComments=false

Q. Where can I get a sclientinfo template?

A. There is one in the guide.html_files directory, which is located in the directory where you installed the generator.

Q. Will there be a MAC or LINUX version of this program?

A. No. Not in the foreseeable future.

Q. The Program does not work because it complains that it doesn't have .net Framework!

A. Please make sure you have .net Framework installed and working correctly. If you use Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP or Server 2003 (Non x64), use the x86 version of the Framework. If you use Windows XP Professional or Windows Server 2003 x64-bit version, install the X64 (AMD64) version.

Q. When I launch the program, it complains that I don't have the right version of .net Framework 2.0? What gives?

A. Please make sure you have the final version installed. If you have a beta version of the Framework, you must first uninstall it and install the final version.

Q. Why do I get this error (Could not find file '../readme.txt') when I click "View Readme" on the help menu?

A. You haven't got the "readme.txt" file in the same folder as the program, you'll need to place it in the same folder to fix the problem.

Q. Why do I get this error (Could not find file '../gpl.txt') when I click "View GPL" on the help menu?

A. You haven't got the "gpl.txt" file in the same folder as the program, you'll need to place it in the same folder to fix the problem.

Q. Why do I get this error (Could not find file '../guide.txt') when I click "View Guide" on the help menu?

A. You haven't got the "guide.txt" file in the same folder as the program, you'll need to place it in the same folder to fix the problem.

Q. Why do I get this error (Could not find file '../ver_history.txt') when I click "View Version History" on the help menu?

A. You haven't got the "ver_history.txt" file in the same folder as the program, you'll need to place it in the same folder to fix the problem.

Q. How many servers are supported?

A. 1 is totally supported while 2 are partly supported, bringing us a total of 3.
